We advise our clients on how to free their business of excess space and unlock the capital tied up in their real estate assets, allowing them to focus on their core business. Our Disposition services include assisting our clients with subleases, lease terminations, individual asset sales, portfolio sales, sale-leasebacks, and structured sales.
